The theme was the saying, “Procrastination is the thief of time”, from Night Thoughts by Edward Young. All instances of T were removed from across answers on entry and every down clue needed a T reinstated before solving. Apart from some standard wording, the only occurrences of T anywhere in the puzzle were in the grid’s barred-off cells, producing PROCRASTINATION in a T shape. The thematically treated phrase was (T)EMPUS FUGI(T); the title represents “no(t) ye(t)”.
